With over 17 years in the health and fitness industry, I’ve coached more than 500 individuals - from elite athletes to stressed-out business owners - helping them find lasting structure, energy, and clarity in their lives. I’ve led gym teams, built a successful private training studio, designed workplace wellbeing programmes, and delivered hundreds of hours of 1:1 coaching.

FAMILY, LIFE AND VALUES
Outside of work, I’m a husband and a father, and like many of the people I work with, I know what it’s like to juggle multiple roles. Running a business, supporting a team, being present at home - it’s rewarding, but it can also be draining. When your energy is constantly being spent on others, your own health and wellbeing often take a back seat.
That lived experience has shaped how I coach. I don’t offer rigid plans or unrealistic routines. Instead, I focus on strategies that work in real life, habits that are simple, adaptable, and supportive, not overwhelming. Being a parent also taught me that how I look after myself affects everyone around me. When I’m stretched too thin or running on fumes, I don’t show up the way I want to. But when I make time to move, rest, and refocus, I lead better, work better, and live better. WALKING THE TALK
My own journey with health and fitness has shifted a lot over the years. Like many in the industry, I started out chasing perfection - strict routines, rigid meal plans, training like an athlete. And while that might work for a while, it rarely lasts when life gets busy or priorities change. Eventually, I realised that health isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about doing the right things consistently, in a way that supports your life rather than complicates it.
These days, I focus on balance, sustainability, and long-term energy. I still train regularly, eat well, and challenge myself, but not at the expense of my recovery, family time, or mental clarity. I’ve learned that discipline and flexibility aren’t opposites, they can work together. And that’s the mindset I bring into everything I coach.
